  • Approved Board Meeting Minutes from January 9, 2025.
  • Adopted Order 25-0123-01 approving the District Organization Chart with the following revision: change Facilities Manager job title to Parks and Facilities Manager.
  • Adopted Order 25-0123-02 approving the District's Pay Scale with the following revisions: update Facilities Manager job title to Parks and Facilities Manager, and add the job titles Public Works Administrative Assistant and Horticulturist.
  • Approved the October 2024 monthly financial reports as presented.
  • Adopted Order 25-0123-03 approving the Amended Personnel Policies adding Juneteenth to Section 2.9 Holidays.
  • Adopted Order 25-0109-04 approving the amended Safekeeping of District Assets Policy.
  • Accepted the Public Works Operations report as presented.
  • Accepted the Shared Services Operations and Projects report.
  • Accepted the report concerning the status of the disposition of property previously declared to be surplus by Order of the Board of Directors.
  • Accepted the Board direction follow-up report.
  • Adopted Resolution 25-01-23-01 approving Amended Fund Balance Policy; Establishing Fund Balance Commitments; and Containing Other Matters Related Thereto.
  • Adopted Resolution 25-0123-02 approving the FY24 Annual Financial Statements and Audit Report.
  • Adopted Order No. 25-0123-05 approving the selection of engineering firms to provide professional engineering and consulting services through 2025 .
  • Approved the project plan for the Drainage Study & Improvements Spillway Over Stairway (Powder Horn Drive) project.
  • Approved the purchase of a New 2023 Chevrolet Silverado 5500 and the purchase of a 2025 Chevrolet Colorado 4WD for a not-to-exceed price of $125,000, with $70,000 from the FY25 operating budget and $50,000 from Assigned Reserves; with direction to surplus truck 105.
  • Approved the purchase of a Parks and Maintenance 1/2-ton truck with the amount not to exceed $50,000 funded from the FY25 Budget Reserves, with direction to surplus truck 1101.
  • Adopted Order No. 25-0123-06 declaring District property to be surplus and authorizing the sale and disposition thereof.
  • Approved the removal of past employees from all bank accounts, the re-authorization of the Senior Accountant to the LOGIC, Frost, PECU, and TexPool accounts, and the addition of Interim Accounting Manager to First Texas Bank, PECU, Frost Bank, LOGIC, and TexPool accounts.
  • Adopted Order 25-0123-07 approving revisions to District Utility Fees, Rates, Penalties, and Charges policy.
