Dear Brushy Creek MUD residents, 

We want to notify nearby residents of a change that may be noticed at the retention pond located behind the homes in the 16600 block of Pocono Drive. 

During the week of July 13, 2026, the District plans to remove a 35-foot metal fence and gate from the area. The fence does not secure the space because there is existing access from O'Connor Drive. Additionally, the retention pond does not require secured access to maintain regulatory compliance. 

The removal will take place on District-owned land is planned to be completed in one day, weather permitting. 

There will be no traffic impacts as part of this project, and we will update this page if events warrant.
